Yaseen Khaled Khayat Law Firm & Legal Consultants was established in 1997 in Jeddah, and is licensed by the Ministry of Justice to provide Legal Services & Consulting. The Office provides services to its clients inside and outside Saudi Arabia, through cooperating with other Law Firms with significant practical experience.

The Law Firm’s team consists of Saudi male and female lawyers and legal consultants, with high-academic capabilities, practical experience, and extensive knowledge of the regulations and laws, and their practical and realistic application. The team members have worked on several pioneering commercials, industrial and medical projects in Saudi Arabia, starting from the stage of solutions ́ setting, legal structure, negotiation, risk study, all the way to the establishment, follow-up, and ongoing legal support.
